Blake Shelton is making sure Gwen Stefani knows just how loved she is on her birthday.
The country star celebrated his wife’s 57th birthday over the weekend, taking to Instagram on Saturday with a collection of photos chronicling some of their sweetest times together.

The carousel of photos included snapshots of the couple playfully posing in a cornfield, embracing each other at a party, and cozied up together with a black-and-white filter.
“The best there is!!!!!!” he wrote. “Everyone wish @gwenstefani a happy birthday!!!! I love you pretty girl!!!”
Stefani’s birthday festivities also included some pretty sentimental gifts, including a sparkly one from her husband. Over the weekend, Stefani shared a look at a necklace gifted to her by Shelton, featuring the number “11” — a meaningful number for the couple, who have been together for 11 years.
The pair’s love story began on the set of The Voice, where Shelton and Stefani first crossed paths as coaches in 2014. They began dating the following year and eventually exchanged vows in July 2021.
The couple have also continued to celebrate their relationship publicly over the years. In July, Shelton commemorated their wedding anniversary by sharing a collection of photos from their nuptials, writing, “5 years and every day is better than the last.” Stefani similarly marked the occasion with wedding footage and a message calling Shelton “my forever.”
