Bad Bunny headlining the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show was historic, intentional, cultural, in Español and impactful, drawing an estimated 128.2 million viewers to the star-studded performance, according to figures released by Nielsen Big Data + Panel on Tuesday (Feb. 10).

Among those viewers was Marc Anthony, who felt all sorts of emotions with the performance.
“I loved it. I loved every second of it. I clapped at the television,” Marc tells Billboard’s Leila Cobo. “In those moments [Super Bowl halftime shows], for the most part it’s about ‘me, me, me and what a rock star I am and look how I float.’ And what Benito did was a celebration of his culture in the moment of truth. And I knew every idiosyncratic thing, those nuances he did during the performance, I think it was beautifully done.”
The almost 15-minute show that took place during the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots game on Feb. 8 embraced the hardworking and fun spirit of the Puerto Rican and Latin community, highlighting farm workers, street vendors, athletes, dancers and musicians alike.
The artist born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio loudly and proudly sang some of his biggest hits, including ”Tití Me Preguntó,” “Yo Perreo Sola,” “Nuevayol” and “Baile Inolvidable,” while Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, Karol G, Cardi B and Pedro Pascal were among his surprise guests.
But beyond that, he brought a message of unity to the Levi’s Stadium field: “Together We Are America,” read a football he held at the end of his performance.
“It made me feel so proud, and the fact that he used that vehicle to celebrate our culture and remind people that we’ve been here forever and we’re not going anywhere, regardless of the rhetoric and the bulls–t,” Marc continues. “So, kudos for him and everybody who celebrated. I clapped at the television.”
Marc Anthony will kick off his Las Vegas…My Way residency on Feb. 13 at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.

Jason Aldean secures his 26th Billboard Country Airplay No. 1 as “How Far Does a Goodbye Go” rises to the summit on the chart dated Feb. 21, having drawn 31.2 million audience impressions Feb. 6-12 (up 13% week over week), according to Luminate.
Produced by Michael Knox and written by Kurt Allison, John Edwards, Tully Kennedy and John Morgan, the track becomes Aldean’s first Country Airplay leader since “Trouble With a Heartbreak” ruled for three weeks in 2022. He ties Luke Bryan, Alan Jackson and George Strait for the fourth-most No. 1s since the chart began in 1990, after only Kenny Chesney (33), Blake Shelton (30) and Tim McGraw (29). His new leader previews his 20-track LP Songs About Us, due April 24.
At 22 weeks, the single’s rise is slightly slower than Aldean’s typical 19-week climb to No. 1 since October 2012, when Country Airplay split from the Hot Country Songs chart, which adopted a multimetric methodology. Still, it arrives well ahead of the overall 28-week average trip to No. 1 in that span. The run falls between his quickest ascent — 12 weeks for “Take a Little Ride” in 2012 — and his longest, 36 weeks for “Blame It on You” in 2021, and it succeeds Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” (31.1 million, up 5%), which led in its 16th week.
New Top 10s, New Music
Luke Combs earns his 25th Country Airplay top 10 as “Days Like These” climbs 11-9 (17.6 million, up 10%). Written by Combs, Brent Cobb and Aaron Raitiere, the song sets up his sixth studio album, The Way I Am, due March 20. Plus, Dylan Scott scores his eighth top 10 as “What He’ll Never Have” rises 12-10 (17 million, up 9%).
Meanwhile, debuting this week are The Band Perry’s “Psychological,” at No. 43 (1.7 million). The revamped act, now featuring Kimberly Perry and husband Johnny Costello, makes its first entry since 2016. Also, Blake Shelton’s 65th career charted title, “Let Him in Anyway,” bows at No. 56 (950,000).
All charts dated Feb. 21 will update Wednesday, Feb. 18 (one day later than usual, due to the Presidents Day holiday Monday, Feb. 16) on Billboard.com.

BIA reignited her feud with Cardi B and took a shot at Stefon Diggs in the process. What prompted the “Whole Lotta Money” rapper to take aim was footage of Cardi performing her BIA diss “Pretty & Petty” on the Little Miss Drama Tour going viral.

A Timeline of Cardi B & Stefon Diggs’ Relationship
Cardi had the Acrisure Arena crowd fired up for the opening night of her tour in Palm Desert, Calif. Wednesday night’s (Feb. 11) setlist included her sniping at BIA’s discography on Am I the Drama‘s “Pretty & Petty.”
“Name five BIA songs, gun pointed to ‘ya head/ Bow, I’m dead,” she raps on the track.
Footage of the moment eventually found its way onto BIA’s radar, which led her to take a jab at Stefon Diggs, who came up small in Super Bowl LX, as his New England Patriots were throttled by the Seattle Seahawks 29-13.
“Can u name someone with more bms than receiving yards? I can! and I know that… ykwnvm,” BIA replied on X on Thursday (Feb. 12).
Diggs finished with three catches for 37 yards, so BIA’s claim is fabricated. However, speculation followed the Super Bowl that Cardi and Diggs split after fans noticed the two had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Entertainment Tonight confirmed via an unnamed source that the couple split “recently,” but reconciliation was still on the table. Diggs and the Grammy-winning rapper welcomed their first child together, and Cardi’s fourth, in November.
BIA explained to Hot 97 last year that the root of their issues stemmed from fans noticing that BIA’s Really Her EP from 2023 and Cardi’s “Enough (Miami)” track the following year seemingly had creative similarities. BIA also went on to diss Cardi on her “Sue Me” track in 2024.
After Cardi responded with “Pretty & Petty,” BIA decided to stand down and not distract from her BIANCA debut album with a diss track directed at Cardi on the LP. “If I was to ever address it again, I would never attach it to my album, because this is a beautiful body of work that I believe in,” she told Billboard in October. “I wouldn’t want to disservice this and overshadow it with noise or negativity.”
Cardi continues the Little Miss Drama Tour this weekend with shows in Las Vegas (Feb. 13) and Los Angeles (Feb. 15).

New Music Latin is a compilation of the best new Latin songs and albums recommended by BillboardLatin and Billboard Español editors. Check out this week’s picks below.
Junior H & Gael Valenzuela, DEP</3$$SED MFKZ
Junior H’s first album in three years opens with a trilogy of songs — “No Tengas Miedo,” “En Donde Estás,” and “Errores” (where every “s” is swapped with a “$”) — each forming a mosaic of love, loss, and lingering heartbreak. The themes are unmistakably heavy, yet there’s a tenderness in the way the star balances despair with self-awareness. It’s less a requiem for ruined relationships and more a meditation on the impact of emotional scars — how they shape us without fully defining us.
Songs like “Cholo” and “La Cama” are born from fleeting inspiration, and “Mis Llamadas” shimmer with raw authenticity. Junior H’s knack for crafting confessional ballads glows alongside Gael Valenzuela’s measured vulnerability. Their collaboration LP feels effortless, unfolding as though each track were exhaled into existence in dimly lit rooms, armed with steely guitar interplay, a notebook, and the weight of their thoughts.
Stylistically, the 15-track album retains Junior H’s signature blend of brooding simplicity, born from the ethos of the ever-growing $ad Boyz movement. The Guanajuato-born artist elevates the project further by grounding his listeners in its duality: an intimate one-man confessional yet richly collaborative. Through his mentorship of the up-and-coming Mexicali singer-songwriter, the album becomes just as much about companionship as it is about the lonesome introspection Junior H is famous for. — ISABELA RAYGOZA
Julieta Venegas feat. Natalia Lafourcade, “Tengo Que Contarte” (Altafonte)
Two iconic voices of Mexican music, Julieta Venegas and Natalia Lafourcade, reunite 17 years later to celebrate friendship and offer solace through the rhythm of regional Mexican music, interpreted from a contemporary and deeply emotional perspective. In “Tengo Que Contarte” (I Have to Tell You), the second single from Venegas’s new album, Norteña — to be released this May — the singer-songwriter duo presents an ode to sisterhood through an intimate and sincere conversation, a blend of nostalgia, confession, and sisterhood, all set to the guitars and wind instruments that accompany this moving piece, reflecting the rich soundscape of Mexico. The lyrics are co-written by Venegas and El David Aguilar, co-producer of the Tijuana-born songwriter’s new album and a frequent collaborator of Lafourcade. The song is accompanied by a video of both artists during the studio recording, which captures the connection between them. — NATALIA CANO
CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso and Sting, “HASTA JESÚS TUVO UN MAL DÍA” (5020 Records)
Following the chaotic music video for “GIMME MORE,” where they are seen burning one of five Latin Grammys they won last November, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso are now in a healing journey at the hand of English icon Sting. Marking their first collaborative effort, “Hasta Jesús Tuvo un Mal Día” (Even Jesus Had Bad Days) captures in essence how the Argentine duo is overcoming a crash-and-burn moment in their career due to their overwhelming rise to success.
Now, with a holistic approach and after doing a 12-step healing program, which will be turned into songs, CA7RIEL y Paco Amoroso present their new song with Sting — a jazzy punk rock song, where they sing about breaking free, paying their debts, learning from their mistakes, and becoming better people. “No, don’t give up just yet/ Even Jesus had bad days/ Follow your heart/ Everything has a solution,” they chant. “Hasta Jesús Tuvo un Mal Día” marks the first single off of the pair’s FREE SPIRITS album due in March, where they will address the 12 problems that took them to their breaking point. – JESSICA ROIZ
Carlos Rivera & Alejandro Fernández “Sin Despedida”(Sony Music Mexico)
The stunning voices of Carlos Rivera and Alejandro Fernández unite in “Sin Despedida,” where pop blends with trumpets and violins, giving it a mariachi touch, while the accordion adds its part for a norteño sound. “Drive me crazy, blind me, leave without saying goodbye and go in silence/ Lie to me a little, say it isn’t true, or take my life, my very life, and leave me dead,” they sing. The song is accompanied by a music video, filmed at an old hacienda in Guadalajara, Carlos Rivera’s birthplace. This track is the first single from Rivera’s upcoming album, Vida México. “Sin despedida” will also be the theme song for the Televisa/Univision telenovela Mi Rival. — TERE AGUILERA
Lila Downs & Snow Tha Product, “Cambias mi Mundo” (Sony Music México)
With a message of female empowerment, these two singer-songwriters, who share a dual Mexican-American heritage, send a message of freedom and pride in their origins in a powerful cumbia that invites both dancing and reflection. It’s Downs’ first new song since 2023 and a preview of her upcoming album, featuring all her own compositions. For this track, the Oaxacan-born artist drew inspiration from the strength of young women who study and strive to improve their communities, making the Californian rapper’s participation all the more symbolic. “I think women are at a turning point. We’re at that moment of taking up the mantle and saying, ‘We’re going to change our world. We’re going to do it,’” Downs says about her creation. The single’s artwork is a lithograph by artist Alex José, hand-printed using a tortilla press and inspired by the World tarot card. — N.C.
Carolina Ross & Kalimba, “No puedo olvidarte” (FONO)
Carolina Ross joins pop star Kalimba on the latest single ahead of her debut mariachi album, slated for release in March. “No puedo odiarte” (I Can’t Hate You) speaks of the frustration of not being able to forget a past love that still hurts deeply. The track marks the first time the former OV7 member has recorded in the regional Mexican genre. The classic mariachi sound — with its elegant violins and trumpets — sounds romantic and even nostalgic in this Ross track, included on the album Coleccionando Corazones (Collecting Hearts), her debut on Fono Records after a successful independent career. Carolina is nominated for a Premio Lo Nuestro award for female artist of the year – Mexican music. — T.A.

Olivia Dean’s winning streak continues as The Art of Loving earns a seventh non-consecutive week at No. 1 on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart (Feb. 13).
The London-born singer-songwriter is enjoying a bumper start to 2026, having occupied the top spot for five of the first seven weeks of the year. On Feb. 1, Dean also became the first British artist to collect the Grammys’ best new artist prize since 2019, and only the 10th overall.
The Art of Loving, first released in September, is yet to leave the top five of the Official Albums Chart. The LP’s single, “Man I Need,” also scored a week at the summit of the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart, and is currently at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The Art of Loving is the longest running No. 1 album by a British female artist this decade; Adele’s 30 (2021) was the previous holder of the record with five weeks at the summit.
Following his acclaimed Super Bowl Halftime Show on Sunday (Feb. 8), Bad Bunny roars into the top 10 for the first time in his career. The Puerto Rican star’s Debí Tirar Más Fotos jumps 42 places to hit a new peak of No. 2 this week. Upon its original release in January 2025, the LP peaked at No. 13.
J. Cole’s The Fall-Off lands at No. 3 to give the rapper his fifth top 10 LP. The record was billed by the North Carolina native to be his final album, and features guest appearances from Burna Boy, Erykah Badu, Future and Tems.
The remainder of the top five goes to greatest hits compilations from Fleetwood Mac (50 Years – Don’t Stop) and The Weekend (The Highlights), clocking in at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively. Japanese-born Joji’s Piss In the Wind lands at No. 6 to give him his highest ever charting album to date in the U.K.

This week in dance music: Avicii’s country/EDM crossover classic “Wake Me Up” became just one of 51 songs to reach three billion streams on YouTube, Diplo talked about working with BTS on their comeback album Arirang and SoundCloud’s new Music Intelligence Report found electronic music to be a key genre on the platform, citing it as its fastest growing genre.
As reported by Billboard earlier this week, the reports notes that “in 2020, roughly one in four tracks uploaded to SoundCloud was in an electronic genre. In 2025, it was more than one in three. Last year, the number of uploads hashtagged “#DJSET” also increased 39% year over year. Altogether, these uploads made electronic music SoundCloud’s fastest-growing genre in the U.S., where it accounted for ‘a greater percentage of all listening for the third year running.’” The report found that dubstep in particular is surging on the streamer, with producers Levity, Tape B and more leading this charge.
Meanwhile, Femme House announced that it’s bringing back its Femmy Awards next mont in Miami. The event’s second year will award special honors to Anja Schneider, Ultra Naté, Tokimonsta and John Summit. Deadmau5 released a statement after a deepfake video of him appearing to endorse another artist’s music was posted online and Subtronics and John Summit bothimplored Casey Wasserman, the CEO of their agency Wasserman, to step down after newly released files revealed Wasserman’s close relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell.
On a vastly lighter note, these are the best new dance tracks of the week.

When Marc Anthony kicks off his first-ever Las Vegas residency Friday (Feb. 13), he’ll be “singing songs I’ve never performed live because I haven’t been able to,” he tells Billboard. “It’s duets, it’s English, it’s ballads, it’s salsa. All No. 1s, all songs people have embraced over the years that I haven’t been able to perform live. And it’s more intimate, more storytelling.”

By his own account, Marc Anthony has played more than 10,000 shows in his lifetime. But this time, “I’m mounting a show I’ve never seen before, a show I’ve never done before, with this combination of songs. It’s a challenge, but I’m really looking forward to it.”
Marc Anthony: Vegas…My Way! at the BleauLive Theater at the Fontainebleau will play for five days in February, then returns for an additional three days in the summer as a prelude to a 100-date stint in 2027. The show marks the first time Marc Anthony, one of Latin music’s most successful and prolific touring acts, has a residency anywhere.
“I’m over the moon,” he says, revealing that the repertoire will include a lot duets, with for which many of those featured acts recorded special videos tailored for the residency.
“The Malumas of the world, India, ‘La Gozadera’ [with Gente De Zona],” he adds, rattling off song titles. “It will be a coming together of songs that have changed my life; songs in English like ‘You Sang to Me,’ ‘I Need to Know.’ I threw everything in the bucket that I always wanted to do.”
Marc Anthony has long been courted for a Las Vegas residency, as much for his star power, as for his long history with the city and with the icons associated with it, including Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. But he never seriously considered the option until he met Jeffrey Soffer, the chairman and chief executive officer of Fontainebleau Development, who invited him to stay at the hotel.
“When I saw what Jeff Soffer did here — it’s six stars, brand new, brand new theater. … Plus, his father was friends with Frank Sinatra. This is what Vegas should be,” says Marc Anthony.
His fans will be able to see the star, who usually plays arenas and stadiums, in a completely different, intimate setup. Regardless, as ever, the star will be Marc Anthony’s voice and his incredibly tight band. So tight, in fact, that to date, the singer admits he still doesn’t warm up, or do sound checks.
“I just have a beer and a cigarette. Just give me a microphone and I’ll figure it out,” he chuckles. “You never know what’s going to happen that night. After doing more than 10,000 concerts, it’s all about staying on your toes and telling a story. One song she broke his heart, then the next they’re getting married. It’s about telling those stories and being in the moment.”

Bad Bunny isn’t just shaking up the Billboard music charts — he’s driving major travel trends, too. Following a standout halftime performance at this year’s Super Bowl, flights to Puerto Rico and Latin America have skyrocketed, proving once again that pop culture and travel are closely intertwined.
According to data from Expedia shared with Billboard, flight searches for Puerto Rico increased an astonishing 245% in the days following his halftime performance, as fans clamor for a taste of the island’s tropical culture, chart-topping music, and energy showcased on one of the world’s biggest stages.

“Pop culture has a real influence on where people choose to travel, and we’re seeing that play out in a big way this week,” Melanie Fish, vp of public relations at Expedia Group, tells Billboard. “After Sunday’s halftime performance, searches on Expedia for Puerto Rico and other key Latin American destinations skyrocketed as travelers looked to experience the energy they saw on stage for themselves. It’s a great example of how music and culture can inspire your travel plans, uncovering destinations you’ve never visited before.”
San Juan, Puerto Rico’s capital, saw flight searches spike 240%, while Vega Baja — the artist’s hometown — experienced a jaw-dropping 1,450% increase in interest. Vega Baja, known for its serene beaches and coastal charm, has quickly become a sought-after destination for travelers hoping to connect with the superstar’s roots. (Note: Data based on flight searches made on Expedia.com from Feb. 8 – 11 2026 compared to searches made from Feb. 8 – 11 2025, for stays anytime in those listed cities or countries.)
But the impact didn’t stop at Puerto Rico. This year’s halftime show — celebrated for its representation of a bevy of Latin American cultures — appeared to have a “halo effect” on travel to the broader region. Flight searches for Mexico surged by 210%, while Brazil and Colombia saw increases of 120%. Argentina also experienced a notable boost, with searches jumping 70%.
Bad Bunny’s influence isn’t just trending stateside — it’s driving interest in his upcoming international tour destinations, too, according to Expedia data. Flight searches to London, where he will perform this June, spiked by 90%, while Madrid saw a 20% boost. Closer to home, São Paulo searches rose 35% just ahead of his show there next week. (Note: Data based on flight searches made on Expedia.com from Feb. 8–11, 2026, compared to searches from Feb. 8–11, 2025, for concert dates in each city + 1 day before to allow for travel.)
Bad Bunny’s influence extends beyond travel. During his halftime show, the Puerto Rican artist debuted the unreleased BadBo 1.0 “Resilience” shoes, a collaborative project with Adidas. Searches for the futuristic, cream-toned sneakers spiked by 496% in the hours following the performance, according to JD Sports. The company also notes that “Bad Bunny style” searches skyrocketed by 1,284%.

In a cover story interview with GQpublished Friday (Feb. 13), the Bangtan Boys opened up about navigating the pressure of coming back with new music — and a world tour — after a yearslong break to pursue solo opportunities and finish their respective enlistments in the South Korean military. One way they’ve done this is by doubling down on their friendships and professional relationships with each other while working on their March 20-slated album, blocking out other distractions — something that’s given them renewed clarity about the longevity they’re striving for together.
“If we can keep this going, then maybe we can be dancing in our 60s … as long as we’re willing — I think maybe into our 50s, into our 60s — we can always be together as a band,” Suga told the publication. “Maybe it’ll be a little bit hard on our knees. But I think we can do that.”
That said, RM previously conceded that the pressure of living up to the band’s pre-military success — and following up the last full-length, 2020’s Billboard 200-topping Be — can be overwhelming. In a December livestream, the rapper told ARMY that he’d considered “thousands of times” whether it would be “better for the team to disband or go on hiatus” because of the stress.
“I think it’s RM’s love language to ARMY in a way,” Jimin told GQ of RM’s revelation. “It really shows how emotionally invested he is in the group and in ARMY as well. I think it was very RM to be vulnerable and say things like that.”
“RM is like the identity of this group,” added V. “He’s the core leader of the group, so he must feel so much more pressure than the rest of us do. I usually don’t have that much pressure, but it seems like he does.”
The guys also remember how tough it was at times to be apart from one another during their break. At a group hangout “before we all got discharged from the military service,” V remembers how Jung Kook got particularly emotional.
“He bawled,” V told the publication. “Jung Kook cried because he really wanted to be on stage, and he just really wanted to perform.”
After Arirang drops, BTS will kick off its highly anticipated world tour in April with a string of shows in Goyang, South Korea. The band will be on the road through the better part of March 2027, with stops planned in the United States, Europe, Australia, Asia and more.
In April, fans will have two opportunities to watch along live as BTS performs on stage, with simultaneous screenings of one of the concerts in Goyang and a concert in Tokyo slated to screen in theaters.

For Don Toliver, this past week has been the culmination of a long road of consistent, hard work. The Houston rapper, signed to Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack Records in partnership with Atlantic, has been steadily releasing albums over the past six years, with each project debuting in the top 10 of the Billboard 200.
But this week, he finally climbed the summit. The MC’s fifth album, OCTANE, became his first album to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200, debuting this week with 162,000 equivalent album units, good for the best week of his career. And doing it in a crowded January, amid huge moments including the Grammys, the Super Bowl and major releases from the likes of Zach Bryan, A$AP Rocky and more, has made it all the more impressive that OCTANE cut through and succeeded. And that helps make his A&R and manager at Cactus Jack, and founder of three times LOUDER, Sickamore, Billboard’s Executive of the Week.

The biggest decision was when to drop. We felt confident in OCTANE as a body of work, but needed to be strategic on our release date. January was a minefield: Taylor Swift, A$AP Rocky, J. Cole, Super Bowl LX, Zach Bryan. Ultimately, we went with a contrarian idea: what if music’s biggest weekend, The Grammys, was also the least busy?
This is Don’s fifth top 10 album on the Billboard 200, but at 162,000 equivalent album units, it’s also his best week ever. How did you go about putting this album together differently than previous releases?
It starts with Don’s work ethic. Five solo albums plus two JACKBOYS compilation projects in a little over six years. We worked nonstop on OCTANE throughout 2025, creating the music and world-building simultaneously. We learned something with every album, but the biggest differentiator on OCTANE was having all our videos, content and physicals ready before announcing. We weren’t leaving anything on the table this time around.
What was the rollout strategy for OCTANE, and how did you guys pull it off successfully?
Cactus Jack prides itself on rollouts. Don, [Cactus Jack CEO] David Stromberg, Travis [Scott] and myself wanted to come out, throw a flurry of punches and not give anyone time to think. We dictated the flow: trailer, videos, livestream, tour announcement. The new Atlantic regime supported us fully every step of the way. Along with UTA, we felt unstoppable.

What was your physical and merch strategy with the album’s release?
Cactus Jack rewrote the merch playbook years ago. It’s always the same: build a world for fans to believe and get lost in. Sales come with buy-in.
“Body” also became his first No. 1 on the Hot Rap Songs chart, and with 17 songs on the list this week, he’s just the sixth artist to have that many in a single week, alongside Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Baby, Playboi Carti and Travis Scott. Why do you think this album has resonated so much with fans and at DSPs?
I feel this album resonated with fans because it’s really, really good. Everyone can relate to a car ride, and this album is a late-night, going 120 mph. Don took real chances with the songwriting, and the production — led by 206DEREK — is experimental and pushed sonic boundaries. Not to mention the clever sample usages. I believe people appreciate OCTANE’s ambition.
You’ve been in hip-hop for over 20 years. How has it changed, and how do you keep up?
My role in hip-hop as an OG and a leader is to keep pushing forward, not to keep up. Keep new voices to the forefront. I don’t take the seat I’m in for granted. There’s been a lot of talk about the demise of hip-hop, but we will never die. You see the influence in Afrobeats, reggaeton, and music worldwide. The kids are saying 2026 is the new 2016, and they are right. Don, Cole, Rocky, Baby Keem, Jack Harlow, Drake, Ye — who’s losing steam? Sorry Gene Simmons, but we aren’t stopping.
