Jack Antonoff today released the soundtrack for Ethan Coen’s Honey Don’t!, a dark comedy which stars his wife, Margaret Qualley, along with Aubrey Plaza and Chris Evans. It’s the first time the 11-time Grammy winner has worked on music for a film in which his wife appears. The soundtrack was released via his Shadow Of The City Label with Dirty Hit.

The soundtrack blends a Carter Burwell score with tracks produced by Antonoff, including a new recording by Brittany Howard; a cast performance by Qualley, Plaza and Talia Ryder; and original songs by Lace Manhattan and Dixie Normus, the musical alter egos of Qualley and Ryder.

The album features Howard’s cover of The Animals’ 1965 classic “We Gotta Get Out of This Place,” which was voted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2011. The legendary team of Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil wrote the timeless song. It also features the cast’s version of the 1956 Carl Perkins classic that gave the film its title.

Qualley and Antonoff were married in August 2023. Qualley is the subject of “Margaret,” a love song from Lana Del Rey’s 2023 album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. Del Rey and Antonoff co-wrote and co-produced the song, which was the last song written for the album.

Burwell is a three-time Oscar nominee for best original score for Carol (2015), Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) and The Banshees of Inisherin (2022).

Music has played a key role in several previous films directed by Coen (in tandem with his brother, Joel). Among them: O Brother, Where Art Thou?, which spawned a soundtrack that topped the Billboard 200 and won a Grammy for album of the year; and The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, which spawned the Oscar-nominated song “When a Cowboy Trades His Spurs for Wings.”

Here’s the full tracklist for the Honey Don’t! soundtrack, showing songwriters in parentheses:

“We Gotta Get Out of This Place” (Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil) – Brittany Howard

“Rough Love” (Carter Burwell) – Carter Burwell

“ODDWADD”(Jack Antonoff & Ethan Cohen)– Lace Manhattan (Margaret Qualley)

“Heidi Ho” (Carter Burwell) – Carter Burwell

“Did You See Heaven” (Carter Burwell) – Carter Burwell

“Little Black Star” – Lace Manhattan (Margaret Qualley)

“Those Click-Clacking Heels” (Carter Burwell) – Carter Burwell

The Wrong Penis Move (Carter Burwell) – Carter Burwell

“Honey Don’t!” (Carl Perkins) – Cast Recording – Margaret Qualley, Aubrey Plaza, Talia Ryder

“You Will Not” (Carter Burwell) – Carter Burwell

“Girl” (Jack Antonoff, Jack Manning, Talia Ryder, Margaret Qualley) – Lace Manhattan (Margaret Qualley) and Dixie Normus (Talia Ryder)

“Honey and Cher” (Carter Burwell) – Carter Burwell

“Destiny and Dreams” (Carter Burwell) – Carter Burwell

“In the Sun She Lies” (Jack Antonoff & Ethan Cohen)– Lace Manhattan (Margaret Qualley)

Netflix’s ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ dominates the Hot 100 chart with multiple entries in the top 10, Billboard chart staff discuss the staying power of Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song” and Morgan Wallen on the chart regardless of songs, and Justin Bieber making a comeback with “Daises.”

Tetris Kelly: Welcome to the Hot 100 Show, I’m Tetris and we’re gonna be counting down the top 10 on the chart, and we have the best people to do it with our experts from Billboard’s charts team, along with Adam who will be out on the streets talking to fans. He’s a creator that loves the charts almost as much as I do. All that’s left to do is to run it down. In the top 10 for the first time is “Soda Pop.”

Adam Barrera: So we’re having a huge moment with K-pop on the Hot 100 right now, specifically with fictional K-pop, “KPop Demon Hunters.” Saja Boys have just entered the top 10.

Fan: I really like the “Soda Pop” song, yeah it’s just so catchy.

Adam Barrera: How many times have you watched it?

Fan: Too many. I’m probably the top 1% of people watching on Netflix with my kids.

Adam Barrera: Well that’s why I love it too, because I feel like any demographic could really enjoy that movie and relate to it. It’s beautiful.

Fan: I’ve personally been listening to the songs nonstop, they’re really good.

Adam Barrera: Have you heard of the Saja Boys?

Fan: I have not. What is that?

Tetris Kelly: Up to 9 is Shaboozey.

Adam Barrera: I’m sure you’ve heard of “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” Shaboozey.

Fan: That’s still on?

Doja Cat is breaking new ground with her upcoming album Vie, from working with Jack Antonoff for the first time to rapping about subjects that she never has before — such as “love-bombing” — on the project.

Related

In an interview with Apple Music 1’s Zane Lowe posted Friday (Aug. 22), the hip-hop star opened up about how refreshing it’s been to try out new things on Vie, which is set to drop next month following a period of self-discovery for Doja.

“I’m working with Jack Antonoff and working with a person that’s new in my life,” she told the radio host. “And so it’s the grappling with talking about something personal and creating something fresh, and then getting to know someone new, and then all of these things fell together really naturally.”

“He’s just been such a wonderful person to work with,” she continued of the producer. “But yeah, I think it’s just been nice to play. I really played through the whole thing … I think what I wanted to do was play with my voice in ways that are a little bit less unconventional. And so I’m shrieking a little bit on this album, and that’s been a lot of fun.”

Doja has previously said that Vie will be majorly pop-influenced, meaning her team-up with Antonoff — who’s known for crafting hits with pop titans such as Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter — makes perfect sense. While she was working on the LP, the California native also says that she did a lot of work on herself through frequent therapy sessions re-examining certain things in her life — like the way her exes have treated her in the past.

“There’s other things outside of myself that were inspiring me to write about these things,” the Grammy winner told Lowe. “I had been in relationships that made me think about things in a different way, and I think naivety is a big part of this album too. I speak about rushing and love-bombing in a way.”

“I think sometimes people don’t know that they’re doing it or they do, but giving excessive compliments and gifts right off the bat, that sort of thing,” she added. “I thought that was a really fun thing to write about.”

The interview arrives on the same day that Doja — who was previously linked to actor Joseph Quinn and musician J. Cyrus — dropped lead Vie single “Jealous Type.” The track marks fans’ first taste of the follow-up to 2023’s Scarlet, with the new album slated for Sept. 26.

Drake and Bobbi Althoff are spinning the block for round two. The 6 God and Althoff teased another upcoming interview on Friday (Aug. 22), which looks as if it will serve as the opening episode of Althoff’s new Not This Again podcast.

Drizzy and the podcast host are seen holding hands while heading into the interview, which appears to be inside a large ballroom.

Drake takes the controls, looking to nail a proper intro for the episode, but Althoff’s not feeling his humorous attempts.

“Welcome to a much more refined, poised and pleasant podcast,” he jokes. “I’m trying to get you brand deals. I was trying to pitch… Welcome to a much more scenic, serene and sexy.”

Althoff cuts him off and then delivers the ironic introduction herself: “Welcome to the first episode of my new podcast that no one asked for, Not This Again.”

Bobbi and Drake linked up back in 2023 for a viral interview, which was scrubbed from YouTube, leading fans to think there was an issue between the duo, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Althoff’s sarcastic deadpan humor, beguiling personality and awkward line of questioning led her to interviews with Drake, Tyga, Lil Yachty, Rubi Rose, Nick Cannon and Mark Cuban. Last month, she announced the end of The Really Good Podcast, but she won’t be gone for long.

“All right, guys, I don’t think there’s any really good way to say this, but this is the last episode of The Really Good Podcast,” she said in July. “I think I should take my glasses off to say it, too. So, today, we’re gonna put on a little funeral for it.”

Althoff continued: “She was a great podcast. She got me this house, got me the car I drive, she got me a lot of stuff. She was really great. I really did appreciate her for the time I had with her. She brought me a lot of memories and a lot of great guests. She got me a few interviews taken down… I’m going to miss her. And I will miss doing this podcast, and I will miss the money this podcast brought me.”

Munchkins, the wait may be over soon. Ice Spice teased an upcoming single on social media on Thursday, which finds her flipping M.I.A.’s 2012 “Bad Girls” single.

The Bronx rapper posted a clip dancing to the thumping single, which finds her twerking in a pair of jean shorts with a red leather jacket top and strappy blue heels.

“They said they wanted a bop, I was just poppin’ my sh–/ I ain’t even really mean to go pop/ He was just begging to hit, I don’t be giving you n—as a shot,” she raps on the track.

Ice Spice received a ton of love in her comment section on Instagram, which included kudos from boyfriend Sauce Gardner, as well as Kali Uchis, Kehlani, Cash Cobain and Soulja Boy.

The 25-year-old repeats “baddie, baddie” throughout the song, which led fans to think that could be the title for her upcoming single.

M.I.A.’s “Bad Girls” arrived in January 2012. The Danja-produced track reached No. 10 on the Dance Digital Songs Sales chart.

2025 has been pretty quiet for Ice Spice on the music front so far. She’s yet to release a solo single, but hopped on KATSEYE’s “Gnarly” remix in June. Ice Spice also made her feature film debut with an appearance in Spike Lee’s Highest 2 Lowest film, which is currently in U.S. theaters and stars Denzel Washington alongside A$AP Rocky.

She’s also set to make her voice-acting debut in the upcoming The SpongeBob Movie: Search for Squarepants. Ice will record a new song for the movie, which will be released in December.

Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere — the film that follows Bruce Springsteen in 1981 and 1982 as he recorded his seminal Nebraska album — will open the 39th AFI Fest on Oct. 22 in Los Angeles.

The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White portrays Springsteen at the pivotal juncture in The Boss’ career, as he struggles to balance his growing superstardom, his artistry and his conflicted past.

“It’s a true honor to open AFI FEST with Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere,” the film’s director, Scott Cooper, said in a statement. “AFI has always championed bold, meaningful storytelling, and I’m grateful to be part of that tradition. While Bruce’s roots will forever be in New Jersey, Los Angeles played a profound role in shaping his artistic voice. I want to thank [AFI president/CEO] Bob Gazzale and everyone at AFI for this extraordinary privilege.”

“AFI FEST is the stage and the screens where the world’s stories come together in Hollywood,” added Gazzale. “To open with Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere honors the global impact of an American icon and the true artistry it takes to tell his tale.”

Passes to AFI Fest, which runs Oct. 22-26 at TCL Chinese Theaters in Hollywood, are available now. Individual tickets will be available on October 6.

Based on the book by Warren Zanes, Deliver Me From Nowhere examines Springsteen’s life following the success of such projects as Born to Run and The River, as he strips down his music to make the haunting, acoustic set on a four-track recorder in his New Jersey bedroom.

The film also features Jeremy Strong as Springsteen’s manager Jon Landau; Paul Walter Hauser as guitar tech Mike Batlan; Stephen Graham as Springsteen’s father, Doug; Odessa Young as love interest, Faye; Gaby Hoffman as Springsteen’s mother, Adele; Marc Maron as engineer Chuck Plotkin; and David Krumholtz as Columbia Records executive Al Teller.

The movie opens wide Oct. 24 in theaters across the U.S. and will have its world premiere Sept. 28 at the New York Film Festival.

What would it look like if the “Avengers” of the K-pop industry came together to create a single team? And what if that team was not launched in Seoul, but by the first-ever K-pop label founded in the United States? The answer is AtHeart, who made their dazzling debut in August this year.

The group’s label, Titan Content, was founded by a powerhouse lineup: former SM Entertainment CEO Han Se-min, former SM casting director Kang Jung-ah, world-renowned choreographer Lia Kim, and Dazed Korea founder and current editor-in-chief Lee Guiom. With each of them standing at the top of their respective fields, Titan Content’s establishment in the U.S.—a first for K-pop—made global headlines even before AtHeart’s debut. Media outlets such as Variety and Teen Vogue spotlighted them early on, and Billboard named AtHeart one of the “‘Next-Generation’ K-Pop Group,” further fueling anticipation from fans and industry insiders alike.

The group name AtHeart is a fusion of “Heart” and “At,” symbolizing their aim to grow alongside fans around the world through connection and sincerity. All six members were born between 2007 and 2009, making them a full teenage lineup. Korean members Seohyeon, Arin, Bome, and Nahyun naturally nurtured their idol dreams in environments where K-pop was already part of daily life, from school band stages to music shows. Meanwhile, Katelyn from the Philippines and Michi, who holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Japan, represent the new generation of global K-pop kids—those first inspired to pursue idol dreams after being captivated by performances from BTS and BLACKPINK.

Though they started from different places, the girls now stand together as one under the name AtHeart. Their multinational makeup is another defining strength. “It’s fun to learn and respect each other’s traditions,” Katelyn says. Bome adds, “Our different cultural and linguistic backgrounds actually make our teamwork stronger,” recalling the day she watched Michi and Katelyn see snow for the first time in Korea, laughing like children at the sight. “Little moments like that made us closer,” she says.

AtHeart officially signaled their arrival on May 29 with pre-debut single “Good Girl (AtHeart),” followed by their August 13 debut EP ‘Plot Twist’. Its title track was produced and written by Jonah Shai, known for working with Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes, while Rob Kinelski, who has mixed for Billie Eilish, brought sonic depth to the record. The dreamy EDM track thrives on its layered reversals and is elevated further by powerful choreography from 1MILLION’s Lia Kim, Titan Content’s CPO. Together, the package showcases the kind of performance and musical polish that K-pop fans have come to expect—and AtHeart delivered from the start.

From the outset, their extraordinary path drew global attention—but their story is only just beginning. “Someday, I want us to perform on stages like Coachella or SoFi Stadium,” Katelyn shares, while Bome fondly remembers the purity of seeing the first snowfall with her teammates as trainees. It’s this mix of youthful honesty and global ambition that positions AtHeart as one of K-pop’s most exciting new possibilities. Billboard will be following their flight closely.

Before debut, what first inspired each of you to dream of becoming a K-pop idol?

Arin: always loved dancing, and at first, I dreamed of becoming a dancer. I started with belly dance at a community center, then learned ballet, broadcast dance, and street dance. Eventually I thought, “If I want to share the dances I love with more people, shouldn’t I become a singer?” and my path naturally shifted.

Bome: I was in the school band and often had chances to perform. Each time, I realized I received even more energy from the audience than I gave, and that’s when I thought, “This is truly meaningful to me.” That’s when I decided I wanted to be a singer.

Seohyeon: Singing and dancing were part of my daily life since I was young. Watching idols shine on music shows, I started to think, “I want to be like that someday,” and the dream just kept growing.

Nahyun: My parents love music, and naturally I grew to love it too. I even formed a little idol group with my classmates in elementary school and practiced together. That’s when the dream started to become clear.

Michi: I began training in dance at age three—ballet, tap, hula, hip-hop, jazz, contemporary—and naturally got exposed to a wide range of music. I discovered a passion for singing in middle school through musicals. Then I encountered K-pop and was fascinated by the creative direction of music videos. Seeing BLACKPINK in concert was a turning point in my life. The powerful energy of that performance shaped who I am today.

Katelyn: Being on stage was always a dream, but I never had the chance to attend academies or formal training. During the pandemic, I watched a BTS concert for the first time, and it gave me the courage to tell my mom, “I really want to become a singer, please support me!” From that moment, I began seriously preparing to become an idol.

Offset is back with his new solo album Kiari, his most personal project to date.

The Atlanta rapper’s third solo album serves as the follow up to 2023’s Set It Off, and boasts 18 tracks in total. While elements of Set’s rambunctiousness are still present, the rapper explores a lot of tough subjects on Kiari, including his relationship with his ex-wife Cardi B. In an interview with the Associated Press, Offset said the album’s closer “Move On” would explore his estranged relationship with Cardi, and said his goal with this project was to help usher him into a more peaceful era.

“It’s about moving on, like, peacefully. That’s what the message is supposed to be,” he said. “It’s all love and peace. I just ended the album with that, just to end that chapter because it’s time to move on, it’s over and done with.”

Offset continued: “It was great while it lasted. That shouldn’t be the topic for either one of us no more. It’s a book that’s closed.”

The album is also stacked with plenty of guest appearances, and features collaborations from YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Gunna, YFN Lucci, Ty Dolla $ign, John Legend and Key Glock. Set also mentioned to Ebro Darden the other day that he may soon bury the hatchet with former groupmate Quavo, and even said a joint album is possible. The point is, Offset is clearly set on turning the page with Kiari. with all that in play, let’s get into the album. Here is Billboard‘s ranking of every song on Offset’s third studio album Kiari.
